What does Women in Tech Africa provide requiring a visa to attend the show?
Kindly note that only registered attendees to the event will be eligible for a letter of invitation.
Please complete all sections in yellow. Failure to do this can result in your invitation letter being delayed in being back sent you.
If my visa is declined, will I receive a refund on my ticket?
If your visa has been declined and you have already purchased your Women in Tech Africa ticket, we will be able to refund the cost of your ticket if you provide evidence that your embassy has declined your application.
Please note that due to Home Office regulations we are unable to issue a visa invitation letter until full payment has been received for all paying registrants.
How long does it take for my letter of invitation to be sent to me?
We aim to send you your letter of invitation within 48 hours.
How long does it take for a visa to be processed?
Once we have sent you your invitation letter, we have no control over how long it will take for your visa to be processed. This will now be in the hands of your embassy dealing with your visa application. We highly recommend that you apply for your visa in good time (4 weeks) before our event to ensure that your visa application is processed in time.
Do I need my visa to enter the show?
No you will not need to being your visa with you to enter the venue.
